Marvin's Story
I left for alaska after graduation ,back to commerical fishing for salmon .
I also worked as skiff man in herring operation in togaik ak.year later worked in texas on buiding oil rigs from their went to louisiana worked around spud barges ect.went back to alaska got married.Ran my dad's liquior store duing the winter that was like letting a wolf in the meat house ha ha some bartending during summer quit drinking turned my life around in 1997 praise the lord .we have two girls ages 17 & 21. bought a boat for fishing 32ft alumm. Built a store ran it for 5yrs.It was called (my store) sold ice cream candy pop what a hoot that was .sold that moved to anchorage ak in 2000 bought a trailer started working at the port of anchorage,ak fueling ships ,barges &tankers. years latter started working in oil spill response worked for alaska chadux corp for 4 years went up to north slope on rigs as a spill technician.Now i'm plowing ,snow removal 13 condo association while i'm waiting to go back to noth slope as spill tech again .The money is good 13 18 hrs a day two weeks up their one week back home . oh also was a gym teacher for 3 yrs. Started drinking again got dwi in 2007 lost my class A drivers license.tho got it back 3 1/2 months later so it's back on the straight and narrow.Theirs much more i can tell but not much for typing.take care every body hope to be at next class get together marvin williams.P.S THIS PICTURE WAS TAKEN IN BARROW ALASKA
