Mary Harmon:  

I've been married for 28 years and have 2 beautiful girls ages 24 and 21. We lived in Germany and Italy for 5 years, Alabama for 1, Virginia for 1 and South Carolina for 20. I work at a high school as a career councelor and work retail part time to keep busy and in touch with private industry. My girls are both done with college. Kristy, the eldest graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a specialty in gerontology. My youngest, Jessy just graduated from Florida State with a major in Psychology and minors in religon and biology. She will head to Europe for a year in September to attend Bible College. I left Gaithersburg and attended Shepherd College. My parents (dad a Col. in the Army) moved to Salt Lake City in Utah. They retired in 1980 and moved to southern Utah. Dad died 4 years later. Mom remained in Utah until 2 years ago. She now lives a block away from me in a retirement community. She has been diagnoised with Alzheimers, but is holding her own with meds. I g...Expand for more
