Mary's Story
Life
After graduation I went to California and Florida for a year, then returned and went to work at Black Clawson, was smart enough to get out of there and went to Rochester to the phone company. Then met a man and got married, he was in the Navy and when he went to Vietnam I went to Texas, He got killed an dthen I met another man and was married. I have four children, two girls and two boys. We have lived in several places and my favorite was in Colorodo at the base of Pikes peak. My oldest girl lives near Austin and has two boys, my next daughter is near Huntsville , Al with three girls, My first son lives in Abilene and has a girl and boy, my youngest son is multi handicapped and still lives at home.

I went back to school in 1991 after my husband died and graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BAS degree and have done some work on my masters, but have run out of money for the moment. But it has been alot of fun. I have worn many hats down through the years and done many things. My favorite is being a photographer. I also collect classic cars, you know the ones we use to drive. Sure wish I had kept the ones I had. 64 1/2 Mustang, 70 Plymouth Superbird. Sure can't afford either one of them now. Has anyone invented the time machine?
I live in a small town now, Abilene got to big, I take care of my cars, drive in parades and do car shows. I know it sounds like I am having too much fun, not enough.
