Mary's Story
I left Fontana in January of 75. I moved to Houston, Texas to stay with a sister (Paula). 3 weeks after I moved here I met My husband, Darwin. We were married on May 1, 1976. We have 2 boys age 24 (DJ) and 19 (Shawn). DJ (Darwin Jr) is a licensed banker and allowed to do investments, he wants to become an investment banker full time. associates degree in middle management. I then went back to school in 1990 and graduated in 1996 with a bachelors in interdisciplinary studies. I majored in Reading and minored in Geology. I have been teaching elementary school for 10 years now. I really love teaching and working with young children. Currently I am teaching 2nd grade and looking to work closer to home. I currently drive from southeast of Houston, LaPorte, to the North side of Houston, Aldine, which is 38 miles.
