Mary's Story

After graduating from South Side in 1947, I attended Business College and worked full-time. In 1953 I married Fivish Beckom from the same class (47'). We were married for almost 57 years before he passed away in Nov 2009. In 1963 Fivish and I along with ...Expand for more
our 4 children moved to Southern California, where I live today. I retired in 1979 from the Police Department and worked part-time another 10 years at the Univ. of Southern California Los Angeles (UCLA). Today, I stay very active with my 6 grandchildren.
