I've worked at a veterinary clinic in Canton,MI for the last 14 years. I've had to relocate to northern Michigan,and am now working as a vet tech in another veterinary hospital. I truly enjoy the work i do. It's a big change up here from the "city" setting i was used to.
Update: I got pregnant with my first child in January 2005. I worked at the vet til mid-August 2005--it's hard wrestling with dogs being 8 months pregnant! We had our baby girl on September 22, and what a difference she has made in our lives! I have been a full time stay at home mom since and I love it! I miss all my old friends (Both Alyssa and Lesley have a daught...Expand for more
er a year older than mine) and would love to get back to the old neighborhood as often as possible, which is rare. Oh, and congratulations Connie!!!!!
Update: Pregnant with my second at the age of 40! But at least I will be delivering my son before I turn 41. I'm still a stay at home mom, but am considering going back to school to become a nurse withing the next few years. We're experiencing the joy of a raising a huge chocolate lab named Clifford (my daughter's choice) and that in itself has its moments. This dog is 6 months old and already has hit 80 lbs--all muscle. Looking forward to summertime so he can become the incredible diving dog.
