Mary's Story

After high school, I hired on with the phone company and eventually retired. We moved out of LA to Imperial Valley. The only freeway we have is Interstate 8 going to Arizona. Freeway commutes do not exist here! Neighbors know each other and WAVE. Of course we just recently got ...Expand for more
our Mall. Now, we don't have to go to Yuma or San Diego for specific items. More than likely it is here. We visit the grandkids in LA every so often so the noise & traffic of LA is a reminder of why we moved out. Life is much slower here. Hope everyone has had a good life...MM
