Mary's Story
Life
Those of you who sent me your loving thoughts and prayers in the aftermath of Bob's death, I thank you. That first year, in particular, was very difficult but loving friends and family made all the difference.
I have since been blessed with love in my life again. My husband, Jim Irish, and I were married in January, 2006. Marriage agrees with me and we are doing well.
My Kids

also bought his first home. He's a very cool, hard-working single guy. Now all he needs is to find time to date and perhaps add romance to his busy schedule.
Jill is twenty now and doing fine. She works enough for her brother to get by while she ponders her next move. She's landed at home for a bit and plans to resume at OC in the fall.
My Job
I'm still teaching history to 9th graders. Next year, we'll be at the new wing at the 15th Street BHS site. I continue to love working with my students and most days feel fairly confident that I'm making a difference.
