Mary's Story
Has anyone heard from Pam Cully? I lost her address and can't find her! We used to have lunch together once a month when we were both working in Indianapolis, and then she moved to Florida (married Mike Cully) and I moved to San Diego and lost touch. Let me know if you have her address or phone number!
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I worked in Indy for seven years, went to IU in Bloomington (business), then worked for an accounting firm, catering company, then RCI (Resort Condominiums International--for 17 years), then moved to San Diego in 1998 and worked for a timeshare developer for a year.
Then (get this) I quit my job and went back to school to become a massage therapist! (Can you believe it? Me, the shy one. . . ) Worked for a wonderful plastic surgery ...Expand for more
clinic until 9/11--and everybody stopped coming--so went to work for the Hilton, in their spa--until business slowed down to a slow crawl, then decided to get back into a real job again--this time in the downtown central jail.
I've been there six years, just getting transferred from the men's jail to the women's jail.
A girl I met in massage school and I have been roommates for seven years, and she just got engaged (a great guy she well deserves!). I have never once been mad at her in seven years, can you believe that?
So that's it in a nutshell. Would love to hear from anyone who reads this message. I love San Diego, but I'm willing to leave "Paradise" for a vacation to Connersville for the next class reunion!
