1/22/12 After a difficult first marriage to Ken Wheeler, my son and I left NJ in 1970 for San Diego, CA. There I met my present husband and have been married almost 43 years. We had 2 more daughters and then 2 grandchildren. At 45 I finished college and became an elementary teacher. Recently I had to retire due to my husband needing 24 hour care. Another phase of life began. Then tragedy struck and my youngest daughter age 37 died. Now I am raising my 16 year old grandson and loving the experience. Life marches on.
