Mary Ward's Story
My profile picture is me and my husband of 49 years, Edmond Rowan, and our first son, Greg Rowan, at his graduation from UNG in Dahlonega, GA with a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice on 8/3/13. We are so very proud of him. He and his wife, Kris, have two beautiful children, Jessica who is 24 and Josh who is 20. refighter with Gwinnett County and is 22 and Tiffanie who is 21. Edmond retired from Southern Bell/Bellsouth/AT&T. We started our own company, Rowan Communications, Inc. and sold it a few years ago. I also graduated from UNG, which was North Georgia College at the time, in 1990 with a degree in Nursing. I retired when we started our company in 1995 and did all the bookkeeping thanks to one of my favorite teachers at Cross Keys, Mr. Johnston.
