More about Mary-ann:"Anaheim Calif. is my home town. We lived on Colchester Dr. My brother Harry and I went to Walt Disney Elementary school, then on to Dale Jr High. After they changed the boundries we had to go to Trident Jr Hi. My older Sister needed help with her four kids while her husband was in Nam, so I started my sophmore year in Hawaii. I came home after the first semester and finished at Magnolia did my junior year at Magnolia. I was needed again in Hawaii and graduated my senior year there. I was home in time for your graduation, I was even able to go to gradnite at Disneyland. I'v been away from home for 22 years now. 1/2yrs ago. He did 27 yrs military and 25 yrs Department of Defense. He is my hero. I worked at Garden Park hospital for a while. I became a full time care taker to my son for 31 yrs. We had to place him in a wonderful group home with only 2 other guys, we call it the bachelor pad, when I was diognosed with renal failure and needed dialysis 3 days a week 4 hours each time. After Dan passed a year later I was blessed with a "Gift of Life" a kidney transplant from a live donor. I am alive but not quite living a new life. The Kidney works great but the antirejection drugs side affects have been a problem controling and my new life is on hold for now. I was hoping to make it for the last reunion but I hope to make the next. Now I live in a one horse town ,1signal, 1200 population, not including the bears. and we can get up to 22 feet of snow you will hear me grumble about. OFTEN. I love the first snow fall but then I'm done with it, I want to be a snow bird.I can't move away, I wont leave my son alone up here. An excellent placement is so hard to find. Hope I haven't bored you but thats me.".
