Life
"From Journalism to Capitalism!"
Yes, I still have a crazy sense of humor! Previously managed several medical businesses, president of three medical companies, medical business consultant, hospital administration, project manager for a Fortune 1000 Company, facility liaison for a Fortune 500 Company, have relocated to Florida, Texas, California and back to the Dallas, Texas area again as of 11/1/07. I have been involved in all facets of the healthcare industry.
I was working as a director for a non profit agency in North Texas that deals with children who have behavioral problems. Anyone who knows me and those who have kept up with me realize this was a work of passion, and it was not about the cha-ching. It was about my faith, knowing the blood that was shed is the only way to find true salvation. The price was paid, and I am blessed to have found this before it was too late.
I have discovered, in this economy I am not able to continue my retirement plans in the non profit sector. As of July, 2009 I have accepted an offer to move back into the Fortune 500 ranks as a healthcare analyst.

dered proper and normal, and would not be the choice any of us would want for our "children." I think all the craziness made me a better person in the long haul.
I don't talk to many people anymore, however I always send Bridgette and Christie a birthday card every year. And I always keep in touch with members of the Mortimer clan. Some ties that bind have the type of knots that will never come undone.
I wonder how many of you have unanswered questions about specific friendships and relationships with people we grew up with? I do...
Hope that everyone is doing well, and I keep you all close to my heart. Take care of your faith, families and good friends. The economy, unemployment situation and spiraling impact of the Wall Street mess have us all evaluating our directions right now. Please do not let the negative impact cause you to grow apart from those you love. Keep communicating, pray, and make your circle tighter than ever.
I'll ramble on again sometime later this year. Do I have to admit my 50th birthday is September 10th? Where did the years go??? I was in the mood to write today. Love to all--Marylyn
P.S. Happy Birthday Mark P.!!! And, does anyone know how to get in touch with Ward Grisham class of 79? I'd like to send him an email. Thanks!
