The Art of Living teaches wonderful breathing and meditation techniques to completely calm the mind and experience unbounded joy. I continue to be active and am an avid cyclist, runner, swimmer and weekend warrior. I completed the Ironman triathlon several years back and that was a tremendous experience. I am passionately devoted to helping people live better, more healthy, and more full lives through my practice of natural medicine.
