Intelligence Trainer May, 2002-Present
Served as the primary advisor to the intelligence organizations of the Oregon Army National Guard. Advised, assisted and mentored over 80 soldiers in intelligence related skills within a combat organization consisting of 2,500 soldiers.
· Assisted in the largest mobilization in the State of OregonÂs history since World War II. All soldiers were well trained and met all mobilization and training requirements.
· Acted as the ArmyÂs point of contact to Northrop Grumman for a $1.7 million contract that was completed 10% under costs and several weeks ahead of schedule.

Led a company of 125 soldiers. Responsible for their health, morale, welfare, professional and personal development within a joint military environment in a top-secret facility.
· Selected over 35 peers to lead the company.
· Recognized for the overall improvement of company performance in physical fitness, leadership, and administration.
· Brokered an agreement that provided free college courses to the company that over 60% of the soldiers enjoyed including the senior enlisted completing his BS in Business.

programs and enemy doctrine databases to ensure the commanders ability to maintain the appropriate security posture and situational awareness.
· Trained 13 subordinate intelligence soldiers (including 6 officers) in preparation for a high visibility inspection, inspectors lauded entire organization for best results in recent past.
· Recognized for implementing numerous systems and procedures that significantly enhanced the way the organizations maintained intelligence and security awareness.
