Matthew's Story
After 33 years of being away from Maine, I thought it about time to see who is still there from high school.
What prompted this curiosity? I guess it was the passing of three guys from the neighborhood that I spent a lot of time with (Mark Tetrault, Bob Beauchene and Greg Conant). Events like this help you to realize you just never know, and if there was anyone from my graduating class that was interested in catching up, I thought now is the time.
I live in Florida, own a multimedia production company, have traveled (and continue to travel) often, am married to Wendy (we married one year out of high school, and I dated her during my junior and senior year at Windham, if you will remember), have two ...Expand for more
children (Garrett and Amanda), and five grandchildren (Matthew, Gavin, Brooke, Ryan and Kristin). I have a degree in communications from the University of North Florida, and just built a new house in Jacksonville.
Life has been very interesting, and very good. Like everyone, I've had my share of challenges, but have always maintained my optimistic and positive attitude (I live in a constant state of "Disney," and living near Orlando helps me to recharge my batteries from time to time). If you remember me from high school, you know that part of me has not changed.
I do hope all of you are doing well, and even if I don't hear from any of you, please know that I wish you the best.
