Maureen's Story
Currently, I live half the year in Boca Raton, Fl. and half in Laguna Niguel, Ca. I lived in Albuquerque, N.M. for most of my adult life where I was married, raised twin boys, taught high school and divorced after 31 years. I retired from high school teaching in 2000, moved to Ca. and started teaching partime at a local community college as well as at a university. ndchildren. My husband has two dauhters, and two grandchildren. One of my sons is married and I have one grandchild. We feel fortunate to have our health, family and friends. Humor, flexibilty and patience guide me in my advancing years.
I would love to hear from old friends. Interestingly, I have continued to count Angel Tursi Piatek as my faithful friend. We have shared our lives over great distances and complicated lives. Still having fun at this age, remains our great joy.
