Maureen's Story
Life
I've been a TV producer after
receiving my Masters degree from
San Diego State University. I spent
my junior college year at the
University of Vienna (still studying
Spanish!) After college (Immaculate
Heart), taught bilingual kindergarten
in East Los Angeles, at age 25
traveled to Guatemala, where I
started my own school. I lived there
for three years, married an architect,
and returned to San Diego, where I

I've produced 26
programs for Public Television and
now am manager of a new cable
channel for SDSU. I have two lovely
teenage daughters (16 and 18), one
who will be studying Architecture in
college next Fall. Hobbies are travel,
reading, music. I'm very happy - and
look forward to continuing foreign
travel, perhaps living abroad part of
the year . Was sorry to hear that PV
High had closed - I remember my
two years there with fondness.
