All my Marine friends, just did a modified boots and uts(actually sweats) through the fields and woods behind our place with my dog. Being out in the woods I started singing cadences rather loudly. I think two of the dogs 4
Just completed the 1st gym workout of 2015. Spent a lot of hours, sweat, laughs, great company and conversations in this place. I will be sad when it shuts down this year. Like losing an old friend.
