Life
I have just reached one of the big goals I set for myself. In August, 2005, I signed my lease for the Spa that I've been dreaming about opening, for over ten years. Needless to say I had my work cut out for me. I had to knock down a couple of walls, refinish and stain the hard wood floors, get the plumbing up and running for the shampoo bowls, not to mention the painting, furnishing, and decorating of the place. s last year was a big one for me. I turned thirty, bought myself a convertable BMW, did a surprise visit to Cancun, to visit my father, payed for my sisters education last year, AND opened the shop. I have to say it's been my best year by far. My two year plan is to pay off my business loans, pay off my car, and then buy a house here in Marin. Hopefully at that juncture, I will have someone in my life, and start a family.
