Judy's Story

Judy married K. Wayne Harmon in 1959. We lived in Md & raised two sons there. In 1991 my husband took an early buyout and we moved to Rotonda , Fl where we resided for 18 years. We decided to downsize our home & look for a turnkey residence so we'd be free to travel without the worry of taking care of a house. We settled into a Del Webb community called Stone Creek in Ocala, Fl. We love our life here. There is so much to do, we're never bored. This carefree lifestyle has made it possible for us ...Expand for more
to do some extensive traveling around the world. We love to cruise & do it as often as we can. I play golf a couple times a week. I play MahJong once or twice a week. My husband & I both volunteer at our local hospital one day a week. I love to swim, walk, read, & go to shows. Our oldest son & his family live in Pa. We have two grandchildren that take us north quite often. Our youngest son & his wife live in Big Pine Key, Fl. We love to visit the Keys & spend lazy days with them out on the water.

It is with deep regret that I have to announce the passing of my oldest & dearest friend, Joyce Plitt, today. She passed peacefully in her sleep around 4:50 this morning. Until we meet again, RIP dear friend.
