Megan's Story
Hi
Most of you saw me at ELAC and that was good for spending some time trying to figure out what our next moves were gonna be.
I flew to Hawaii and grew up a bit over there. It was gorgeous and met lots of people. Checked out the drug scene a bit enough to encourage me to leave and go to Canada whereby I became a Tibetan nun for a year. Enjoyed the carefree and more relaxed lifestyle and then back to Calif. Met up with more people involved in raising consciousness and moved in with them........followed this path for about six years and then met a man I could not live without, got married and had three delightful kids Garrett 27, Saul 23, and Michelle 20, We stayed married for 22 years at 15 years I knew it was going south and ended up in a divorce.
I was a stay at home mother and enjoyed most ofthe time, being a soccer mom, baseball mom, football mom, water polo and che...Expand for more
erleading.
After recovering from 22 years of marriage ending, got back in school for Real Estate, and did pretty well for a while. In the interim I joined a Gospel choir (I love), learned to dance Tango, kept up with yoga since first class in 1968. Since the market took a dive I got into driving a taxi in a beachtown. It has been exciting and eventful and I never would've thought I would enjoy it so much. Also I became a Grandma two times with my son Garrett and his wife Mari.
There have been many wild and crazy times as well as very sane and empowering times, however one has no idea who will read this.
I find in my life, I get the greatest value when I step out of my self and think of others and if there is some way I can contribute to greater joy and meaning for all. Bringing peace to others and healing of differences and staying out of judgement is key to my well being.
