Mel's Story
Life
Well after Graduation I went to Active Service in the US Navy and am still there. I have served in 6 Med cruises and been on hand to participate in everything from the Lybian "Line of Death" to Desert Storm, to Landing a Hovercraft on the Beach of Freetown Sierra Lione to pick up refugees. Of course the latest was in the Gulf taking Marines and British Royal Dragoons into Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am currently Stationed in Virginia with the Navy's Hovercraft Assault Craft Unit but will not be for long as I have decided to retire :). I'll be hea...Expand for more

Well I figured I'd update this. I now live in Florence Al. I did retire from the Navy and have been enjoying life without the added stress of the Military :). I completely forgot about this profile and forgot to update it for a while lol
