Mel's Story
I always wanted to be a MARINE when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a CRAZY idea. As it turns out, they were WRONG.
I like to go for a cruise on my Harley and knock back a couple of beers. Listen to some good BLUES or classic rock.
My hero was John Wayne. Now its Mike Rowe (Dirty Jobs)
Born in Portland Maine, moved to NY, Pa, and Phoenix since 1970. GE moved my family around.

JOBS: Firefighter, prison guard, nuclear power plant operator. 28 years down 13 to go. Cant let the SQUIDS have all the glory.
t-shirts and jeans, the only way to go.
In 10 years, I hope to be on dayshift. I'm going to get there by meeting some new people.
My first job was at a summer camp, where I got paid ok to clean up after the campers. What I remember most about it is good summers out of phoenix.
