Melinda's Story
Life
I received my Master's Degree in Education with a Specialization in Reading and Literacy and continue to further my education. I currently teach first grade at a brand new school here in Vegas. I enjoy my job and am blessed to work with so many caring people.
I have 4 children ages 24, 21, 18, and 17, and I have 3 grandchildren I love spending time with.
Things I enjoy doing are; listening to country music, blues, and rock n roll, sewing, quilting, traveling, watching sports, movies, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. This past summer I was able to go home and spend time with my grandmother before she passed away. I will forever treasure the times spent with her! She was truly a wonderful lady!

life were my grandparents and although they are deceased, they still influence me today. I will forever treasure the times spent with them because they always gave me words of encouragement in whatever it was I wanted to do.
I sincerely hope everyone enjoys life as much as I do! I take one day at a time and thank God for the many blessings he has given me! Always look for at least one good in others and you will be blessed even more. You never know how you will affect someone by the kind words or actions you show towards them. Life is too short not to enjoy it everyday and make the most of it!
