Life at 43 is wonderful!! Having your children is a real blessing, but when that first grandbaby comes along, there are no words to describe it. I am having the time of my life with my new granddaughter Lexi Denise, she just turned 7 months and I love being a "granny"..
Well time for an update! Almost 45 now, and very happy of that. Think about it, it is better than the alternative!!! LOL! Still love being a granny, she is the apple of my eye, and has me wrapped tight, and Pa! She is two now, and a smart little gal, she is! Now she not only loves the cows, she has gone horse crazy! She got on her first horse this past Sunday, so I guess she will be our little cowgirl yet. I guess when my colt is born this spring, she is going to try and take that from me, won...Expand for more
der who will win, lol?? Well so much for "grandparents land"!
To all my girlfriends that like our annual trips, I think NEW YORK is next!! We have seen LA enough and it is time for the Big Apple!! Oh yeah I do leave grandparents land for the girls weekend out!!!
Ok we had that girl trip to New York last week, and we had a blast!! There was 9 of us, and 4 of us from the Class of 1980!! Great to get with friends and have a "Girls Weekend" We as moms, wives, need that "girl time" Can't wait till next year!!
Ok fixing to be 48........and still this is the best time of my life. My little granddaughter is 4 now and still the apple of my eye. Such joy she brings to our lives.
Next year we will be having our 30th class reunion. Ready to see some old friends again!!
