Melinda's Story
Life
Hello all of my former classmates!!! I hope life has been good to all of you. I am currently living in Little Rock, I have a 13 year old son who attends Mabelvale Magnet Middle. He is a great kid, with all the normal problems preteens have. My husband and I have been married 4 years in November and we have 3 dogs and 3 cats. I hope to see everyone at the Class Reunion next year.
School
I guess my biggest crush in high school would have to be Mitch Mathis. Of course, Mr. Dye was the most inspirational teacher we had. I loved most of high school so, I guess I would do it over.
College
I didn't attend college after high school, I had Schuyler in 1991, and I alwa...Expand for more
ys thought I would have time to go later. As it turns out it was MUCH LATER & it took her dying for me to realize that life is too short to wait to do anything. I am currently attending Pulaski Tech to achieve an Associates Degree in Accounting.
Workplace
My work life has been mostly accounting jobs. Because of this I have 19 years of experience without the degree to get the big bucks, but I am fixing that problem now. I work at CTEH, LLC, which is a toxicalogical and environmental health company, in accounting.
Military
I never served in the military, but I commend and honor all those who have served and those who are serving to make the world a little safer for us.
