Melissa's Story
Life
I now live in Broken Arrow,OK just outside Tulsa,OK. Married to Ned Smith Jr. for 23 years. I have 2 daughters Larissa is married and going to college at WTAM and Jessica is still at home and will be going to college here in the Tulsa area next year.
College
My college days were very busy. I was married and raising 2 daughters at the time. I went to school during the day and took care of my kids and studied at night. co Jr College. It was a fast and furious year but I did make some great friends and two of them I worked with after school. Missy was hired with me at Dr Hubbard and Gibsons' office. Jeanne Stubblefield was a study partner in school and then after graduation she worked with me part time. When I left Dr.Hubbard's office she took over my full time position.
Workplace
I worked for several years in the jewelry business. The last job in that field was at Bucsh Jewelers in Abilene.
After nursing school I went to work for Dr Joe Hubbard in Abilene as his office nurse. I worked there 6 years.
