Life Okay, so 30 years old and finally graduating from college. It's been a long way off from the architectural career I was headed for, but was lucky enough to discover my true passion about 7 years ago. I graduate in one week...Expand for more
with a degree in Culinary Arts and will be the Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa on the Santa Ana Pueblo in New Mexico. It's going to be a great experience....then I'm well on my way to owning my own restaurant.
