Melody's Story

Hello, classmates! I can't believe that so many years have passed since we graduated. I don't feel like I'm in my 60s! Life has been pretty darn good to me. I have six wonderful children, three beautiful grandchildren and a great life. My husband, Paul, and I have a winter home in Florida and a new summer home in Cheboygan. Michigan. We have traveled extensively for the past 16 years in an RV. In 1992 we sold our home and traveled full-time in our RV for 5 1/2 years. What a wonderful life experience! We met wonderful people and enjoyed some of the most interesting cultures. Then we bought a home near Tampa, Florida. We have a sailboat and cruise during the winter. But we continue to travel via RV during the summer. We own an automatic car wash in...Expand for more
Lincoln, Nebraska. One of our sons is the manager, which allows us to travel. I have been an emcee for the past 8 years for the Holiday Rambler RV Club. This has been great fun for me. If I had known that I was suited to this kind of work, I would have gone into radio or television work. Instead, I became a realtor in Oregon and then a marketing director for my husband in our car wash in Nebraska. I have raised six children and they are located all over the U.S. My interests are many. I love to sail, read, walk, do counted cross-stitch, travel, do volunteer work and spend time with my family and friends. I hope all of you have had a great life and would love to hear from you. The only classmate that I have seen in recent years is Mike Snidow.
