Melody's Story
Life
I have been married to Roy, my high school sweetheart for 43 years this year. We have three grown children who all own homes in the Riverside County area. We have two grandaughters and three grandsons. We have a great-grandson who just turned 5. We have lived in Corona Hills since 1992 and we also have a second home on the Colorado River between Blythe CA and Parker AZ.
We still water ski and boat and the grandkids all "wakeboard and ride their jet skis and personal watercraft. We go 4-wheeling in the winter back into the deserts and explore the old mines. ice hockey, motor cross and acting. Roy is a commercial Contractor and is in a partnership with my only son, Eddie. I am now retired. Roy is not ready to retire yet but plans to fully retire in 2 years at which time we hope to move out to the desert area of Palm Desert in a 55 and older community so we can take up golf again, something we have not had time for in recent years. We will also be an hour closer to our "river home" which we hope to enjoy more in our retirement, God Willing!
I hope all is well with all the classmates of the 60's and I hope there is going to be another reunion in 2010 (soon) Would love to see everyone!
