Melody's Story
Hello everyone! I have come full circle in my life, from a psychology degree from CSU, married, 2 sons, (and 2 grandbabies) owned a cattle ranch here in beautiful Montana for 20 years. Divorced, but he's still my best friend. I showed horses professionally for 22 years all over the US. (Don't tell me that is a surprise to anyone!) After I divorced, my kids were teens with their dad at the ranch, so I ran away and drove truck for the Budweiser Clydsdales. With the Clydsdales I covered all 48 states in 15 months. came back to Montana. I live at the foot of Red Lodge Mountain, and love to ski and golf with my sons. For my vacations I judge county and state 4H horse shows. I worked in Billings, MT as a chemical dependancy councelor for 11 years...hence the full circle....but then the state in their wisdom decided I needed a Master's to continue - so don't want 15 K in student loans again.,,..complete 180 and I now work seasonal for DOT dispatching snow plows, and sand trucks in the winter. That leaves my summers open to travel and play with grandkids. Now I'm having fun!!
