John Hockaday's (my 3d great grandfather's) brother posed after John sent his daughter, my great great grandmother, from his North Carolina plantation to freedom in Ohio in 1844.
"Their" plan to isolate then ostrasize people of color in America has unintended conseqences - AN ENTIRE GENERATION OF EDUCATED BLACK KIDS.
