Michael's Story
Just signed up for all access so it seemed a good time to give the quick rundown of the last 40+ years.
Went to QC, majored in chemistry/minored in economics. Never interested in research so went into teaching and taught in NYC high schools for 35 years (chem and physics). Along the way went to St. John's Law (grad 1982) and received a CFP(R) from Adelphi in 1988. Worked as a sole practitioner in real estate, estate planning/administration, etc. Upon retirement in 2004 started college teaching in chemistry at Nassau CC and later at QC in economics (Personal Finance) while staying parttime as an attorney.

now, in good shape through gym, racquet sports. and pickleball (yes, it's on LI) Often found at cabaret, theatre, etc. in Manhattan even though living on LI (but close to the city). One daughter/one granddaughter age 16.
Never really look back all the fondly on high school but, of course, there were some terrific classmates and faculty. I've gone to a couple of Queens College alumni reunions and never seem to see who I want. Perhaps there will be a Newtown 60 yr in 2025?.
Haven't kept in touch really except went to law school with Caroline Landau (but we've lost touch).
Best to all in this Covid-19 era.
