Michael's Story
Well, let's see. I went into the Navy in 1971 and Honorably Discharged in 1975. When I got out I stayed in California and went into the Food and Beverage Industry. The first several years I worked in the public sector and then went to work in the private sector of the Restaurant Business (Private Country Clubs). where I lived in Springfield for about 4 years, then moved back to the KC area. After years and years of procrastinating and at the age of 50, I went back to school and got my BS in Computer Science. I contracted a couple of jobs in the KC area and then while I was contracted at Aquila, I was offered a position by one of the companies that bought part of Aquila, though I did have to transfer to Omaha. Well, that's it in a nutshell.
