Michael's Story
Right after high school I went into the Marine Corps where I served for 4 years, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
After getting out in 1980 I went to MHCC for a year.
In 1984 I was hired by the Oregon State Police. I worked for them as a Trooper for 15 1/2 years, when I retired after sustaining a knee injury.

I became an instructor and currently own and run South Salem Shao-lin Lin Kempo with my wife Michelle.
I currently hold the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt in American Shao Lin Kempo.
I have 3 children and 2 grand children and live in Salem, OR.
