Michael's Story
Life
Hi, I went on to study music in college (BA Pepperdine Univ.) and made my living at it for 10 years in the LA-Orange County area, playing bass, bass guitar and piano. Then I was seduced into trying law school (Southwestern Univ.), liked it and finished up in the San Francisco area (Hastings) where my wife Joann and our young son Josh moved so that Joann could do her MA in architecture at UC Berkeley. F since 1982, have two more sons -- Ryan and Michael (each now in college, and Josh living in Italy for the last 10 years) -- and am back into music as time permits, doing orchestra and chamber music, jazz combo and big band work, singing, arranging, conducting and writing, with an occasional big band tour (recently to China and Vietnam). Joann works for Oakland as a city planner doing historic preservation, and we live near El Cerrito. I'd be interested to hear what you're up to. Mike
