Michael Broome:  

I left Belton, MO, at the end of my Junior year (1971) when my father retired from the USAF. I really missed having the opportunity to graduate with all of my friends in the class of '72. We moved to Jacksonville, FL, to be closer to my grandparents. After graduating High School, I attended the University of North Florida while working full-time at the Federal Reserve Bank of Jacksonville. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technologies (BT) in Computer Info. Systems Technology. After 13 years at the FRB, I went to work for Barnett Computing Company (a subsidiary of Barnett Banks of Florida) where I was the AVP of Systems Planning & VP Corporate Banking at Barnett Banks Inc. In 1991 I went to work for Cap Gemini Sogeti, a Paris-based international consulting company.
