Michael's Story
Michael currently lives in Astoria NY, He is a 1964 graduate of Sewanhaka HS in Floral Park, He was born in Bayside,
when he was a year old, his family moved to Elmont, he attended Alden Terrace grammer school from kindergarten thru
2nd grade, his family moved to Floral Park, in 1954 when he was 8 yrs old, he then went to Our Lady of Victory Catholic
School from the 3rd thru the 8th grade. His 9th grade was spent at Floral Park Memorial, and 10th thru 12th at,
Sewanhaka. He spent a year at Nassau Community College, after which he joined the US AIR FORCE, and worked as
Fire Protection Specialist/ Air Crash Rescue, He was into music and sports and excelled in basball, at the age of 19 in
1965, he had a offer to play pro-baseball at the AA level with the Philadelphia Phillies, as a pitcher since he could
throw a fast ball over 90mph. Inste...Expand for more
ad he got married and joined the military. He has two grown sons and has been in
the entertainment business since 1969, as professional singer and drummer, He moved to Los Angeles in 1978 and
in 1986 received his B.A. in Business from U.C.L.A. As a entertainer he got to travel the world doing concerts, clubs
and studio work. In 1990 he settled in Mobile Alabama and opened a music store, he closed his business in 2011
moved to Southern Florida to do singing gigs and in March of 2014 decided that he missed New York and moved
back and in October of 2014 attended his first High School Reunion the 50th, In my own words it was the greatest
time I had in years, seeing classmates, reminiscing old times and rekindling friendships. Currently I'm doing acting
work in TV & FILM and also Singing and playing drums. Life is too short, so ENJOY IT!!!
