Life...
Jeez, where to begin...
After leaving Pine Lake Park I joined the Marines and since then have been a Chef for over twenty years. Am currently the Executive Chef of an 1836 Fine Dining Haunted Hotel in Southwestern Wisconsin featuring Sustainable Regional Italian. Am co-founder of a successful hospitality industry website, RestaurantEdge and dabble with a blog ranting and raving about things that may not be appropriate for RestaurantEdge.

I lost my soulmate, lover and best friend Jamie to breast cancer in 2004, we have one daughter and four grandchilldren. As you can tell by the pics I am still a long hair, I had found someone that is going to make a wig specifically from my hair and we are going to donate it in Jamie's name to a cancer survivor. I have not cut it since I lost her.
So, how's that for summing up thirty years in 500 words or less....
