Michael's Story
Life
After Graduation, I worked for Frito-Lay in Allen Park for a couple of years, then At Dayco in Howell. I Married Lisa Tefft from the class of 69, and we had a son in 1976. I joined the Air Force in 1975, was stationed in California, Texas, Washington, and Ohio stateside; Korea, Germany, Truk Island, Okinawa, and England overseas. I retired in 1995 from Wright-Patterson AFB near Dayton Ohio. During my career I was in Law Enforcement, Civil Engineering, Small Arms Instructor, and finished up in Accounting & Finance.
Lisa and I were divorced in 1983. I Married a Texas gal named Pamela in 1985, and we have a boy & a girl, now aged 34 & 31. I worked ...Expand for more
for an electrical contractor as an estimator/project manager for nearly seven years, got laid off in a budget cut. Worked for Johnson Controls doing Facilities Services for nearly 10 years, Honda for awhile, and am keeping myself busy now driving for a transportation company mostly taking people to and from doctor appointments. Pamela and I own a house with a barn & acreage about 20 miles NW of Dayton, just outside a little town called Christiansburg. (about halfway between Troy & Urbana, if you are looking at a map)
Pamela is a home health nurse, and I augment our income by umpiring college & high school baseball, and high school football and softball.
