Life I moved to Newton, Kansas after attending three years at Highland High School (Albq. NM) in June 1978 and then I completed my senior year at Newton HS 1979. I competed in the Plymouth Troubleshooting contest where my partner Rob and I represented Newton HS nationally. I graduated with certifications as a welder, machinist, & auto mechanic (thought I'd have a racing career). I worked at Gail Ward Dodge (Newton, KS) as an auto mechanic for 2 years before going to college. I attended WSU & worked nights at WMC E.D. (Wichita, KS) when I was accepted to the Paramedic Program where I graduated and passed KS State Boards for EMICT. I worked for Sedgwick County EMS 10 years and continued college attending WSU and Friends U. I moved to Wichita, KS in 1982 and I got married May 1984. We have 3 boys, Justin, Joe, & Austin. I went back to work at WMC in 1988 in the Cath Lab full time and later completed Nursing Program through SUNY. I continued work at WMC and Riverside E.D. as well as an Aerobics Instructor at a couple of Health Clubs.
