eaching,I opened my own business but after Sept. 11th happened I had to close the business and I ended up coming up to Alaska to be a chef for a Princess Cruise Lines hotel property. I have been here now for 7 years and just love it. I have learned to not put off anything to tomorrow if I can do it today because on May 4 in 2003 I fell over a log while bear hunting with a friend and broke my neck. I spent 8 months in the hospital in rehab and today I am considered a walking quadriplegic. My doctors call me unique. I can't work a full time job so I work just a little bit for special things. I still hunt and fish I just have to do it a little different. Well that pretty much sums up what has been going on in my life in a nut shell.
