Michael's Story

Lived in the Antelope Valley much of my life; left in 1965 for US Army service. Stationed in Kitzingen, Germany with the 66th HEM during 1965 & 66. After discharge in 1968 resumed civilian life in Quartz Hill, CA. Left the AV in 1977 and relocated to Bakersfield, CA in 1981 and have lived here since. 5. Our work consists mainly in appraising for litigation purposes. We provide appraisal and consulting for all types of real property although we specialize in commercial properties/major projects. I am married and have four (grown) daughters, three of whom are married, 7 grandchildren. My youngest now attends Cal State Bakersfield, majoring in criminal justice.
