Mike's Story
Life
I graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1990 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Since then, I've moved around quite a bit and worked for 4 different companies. We've probably moved once every two years or so, and that does not include inter-city moves.
My most interesting assignment was an 18 month adventure in rural Venezuela. We lived with the Venezuelans and were forced to speak the language. I am now working in Houston, TX and live in a small community south of Houston.
I am married to Stephanie Rheaume Mitzner (12 ...Expand for more
years in March 2003!) Stephanie is also from Mobile and graduated from JT Wright in 1987. We have two boys ages 7 and 4. Their names are Michael and Matthew.
I'd like to see someone from the c/o 85 soon. The last time I saw anyone from Davidson class of 1985 was at my sister Amy's wedding a couple of years ago. And then before that at Pat Herring's wedding.
I recently went to Baltimore, MD. While I was there I contacted Pat Herring we took a tour of Annapolis and went to dinner. I'm looking forward to my next trip to that area. Thanks Pat!
