Military I am not sure I can culminate my Military Career in the 4000 characters...but here go! I enlisted in September 1990 and attended Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base. In November 1990 I was sent to Shappard Air Force Base where I went through my Technical Training to maintainer of F-15 Eagles. So, there is my basic "trade" in the Air Force; I am a Crew Chief on F-15's. I completed Technical Training in March of 1991 and was assigned to the 33rd Tactical Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Fl. While there I experienced many things and went many places I thought I would never go! They include; My first TDY (that is a temporary duty assignment at another location in order for our aircrews to achieve training versus different types of aircraft and terrain) was to Miramar Naval Air Station in California, this was interesting because everywhere we went there were only 300 of us and thousands of Navy and Marine Personnel! My next few trips involved Saudi Arabia, they were o.k., but I was glad to be done with those. I also went on my first, of 16, trips to Nellis Air Fore Base in Las Vegas Nevada. I also went on smaller trips to Canada, Nebraska, and a couple Hurricane evacuations to various places when the Gulf Coast was threatened with a Hurricane/ Tropical Storm. Well after 4 and a half years this Florida boy wanted to see something a little different, and boy did I..... I put in for orders and got them to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, in Anchorage!!! I spent 4 incredible years in a place where everything you look at is a Post Card! I could do it no justice by describing it in words. While there I had the upmost pleasure to go to some awesome locations located throughout the Pacific Relm.
