Michael Williams:  

Life Born June 11, 1961 in Frankford, Germany, Michael M. Williams is the only male of 5 siblings. Michael grew up in Washington, DC and was educated in the city’s public school system. To further education, Michael attended James Madison University where he obtained a B.A. in science, majoring in chemical dependency counseling. Immediately after achieving his B.A., Michael attended Howard University where he engaged in classes and became a Certified and License Addiction Counselor. Though free time is very limited, family is very important to Michael. He has a 23 year son and is the grandfather of 2 smart and adorable children. Michael has a wide range of interests including but not limited to, community, religion, and culture/race. A dedicated community activist, Michael birthed the idea of starting a drug treatment/community service program after assessing the Washington, DC area and finding that the black male was in desperate need of such a program.
