I've been living in Gainesville Fl. for the past 31 years ...it's hard to believe how fast the time has gone by. I have a daughter who's the nearest dearest thing to my heart. She is 20 years old and lives in St. Augustine Beach. I have pictures of her in my album. I've been working at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida for 25 years. I 'm in charge of the bldg. maintenance for 8 of their offsite Satellites. Which includes their Outpatient dialysis clinic, A couple of family practice clinics, an endoscopy center, a childrens surgery center,their Heliport and ambulance center, Public relations office bldg. and there publication services office. I do a little( a lot ) :) of everything ,electrical/plumbing/carpentry/AC and what ever else needs fixing. I do what I can and if the jobs to big (i.e. to time consuming) I contract it out. I enjoy my job because I like problem solving and helping make other people's day at work a little better in some way or another. I get to see different faces, go different places and do different things every day. I guess that's the stimulation I need that has kept me there all this time. I lov...Expand for more
