Michael's Story
Life
After graduating from Linfield College, I worked for Boeing for nine years. I'd still be there today but in 1994 I met my (now) wife, Chevelle, who lived in Eastern WA with her two girls, Jessica and Alayna. Within less than a year, I left Boeing for Hanford, left Renton for Richland, and got married.
In 1998, we decided that the Tri-Cities was not providing us the opportunity to achieve our professional potential, so we packed it up and moved to Phoenix, AZ, where I worked for Compuware, a software products and consulting company (I consulted). In 2002, Compuware decided that they no longer required my services (as well as 799 other consultants). After a couple of short-term consulting gigs, and a permanent job for two years with a small start-up (I was their one man information technology department), I've landed at US Airways. A great group and lots of exciting work.
Otherwise, not much else new. My wife's girls are no longer getting big - they are! One is currently at Arizona State Univ. and the other will be graduating from massage school in October 2008. Where does the time go???
