Michael's Story
Well, its been a minute for sure! Let's see, where to start first...was medically retired from the Army in 2016. Ive got more metal in my back than Wolverine! Also have a TBI and I wear hearing aids...ain't war hell! From 2016 to the spring of 2022 I went back to school. I received my Associate's, then my Bachelors and my Master's. twin boys, Michael Anthony Romero and Matthew Dominic Romero. Sadly, my beautiful boy Matthew took his life on December 5, 2021. I basically lost my father, mother, and son in 3 years. Yeah life does suck, but you just gotta drive on! The picture of me in my uniform, that's my son Matthew. My other son Michael is in the Army. He's currently stationed at Ft. Sill Oklahoma. He's a medic. I'm very proud of him! To the folks of 1984, maybe we can all get together and hangout! Peace!
